Patrick Finger - President
As President and Owner of V & F Roof Consulting & Service, Finger oversees company objectives, strategic planning and execution of business initiatives. In addition, Finger applies his extensive and widespread experience in roofing, which began in the Union Roofer’s Apprenticeship Program in 1977, to ensure high roofing standards are met by every member of the team. Furthermore, Finger uses his experience in the field installing and servicing roof systems to accurately assess the needs of new and prospective commercial clients. Between 1997 and 2006, Finger worked on servicing, repairing and inspecting roofs for commercial, industrial and public facilities as a Service Manager for a large commercial roofing contractor. This experience and broad understanding of commercial roof systems and technical insight, assists Finger in moving the company towards continued growth and success. Along with experience, Finger maintains a strong emphasize on exceptional customer service, growing the company network, and contributing to the community. With this said, Finger participates as a member and director in area organizations that give back to the Greater Milwaukee area.

Misty Witte - Office Manager
Witte comes to V&F Roofing Consulting & Service after a successful career beginning in a start-up manufacturing company, contributing to the continued growth over 17 years. During her career, Witte experienced multiple ownership structures and led companies in the development of Accounting and Human Resource departments. Along with these contributions, Witte, created procedures, policies and training to ensure best business practices. As the Office Manager, Witte brings technical, operational and managerial knowledge to the organization for continued success.

John Rogers - Project Manager
Having graduated from MSOE with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an Associate Degree in Business Management, Rogers began his career building relationships with HVAC manufacturers and equipment suppliers. He has experience in estimating, sales, project management, and branch management with a focus on continued education in mechanical technologies and strategic planning to help build the organization. As a team leader, Rogers has focused on relationship building in order to contribute to the success of, not only the company for whom he works, but those with whom he forms relationships. Outside of work, Rogers practices this philosophy as a volunteer for many non-profit organizations in the community. With a focus on learning new technologies, an extensive engineering background and his entrepreneurial spirit, Rogers uses his passion to provide solutions, savings and successful project completion for his customers.

Thomas E. Boritzke - Sheet Metal Manager
Directly upon graduating from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Boritzke went to work for a large, family owned commercial roofing contractor that served the southeast counties of Wisconsin. Having worked on the roof through his college years, he became familiar with methods, materials, and production, which earned him promotions from repair crew foreman, general superintendent, vice president, and eventually executive vice president. After 30 years, Boritzke moved to a larger national roofing company with the responsibility of estimating and project management for projects throughout the Midwest. During his years in the industry, Boritzke was past Director and Committee Chairman for the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association, and a 29 year member of the Constructions Specifications Institute serving on committees and eventually served in the role of Vice President. With his extensive technical background, Boritzke is successful at providing “value engineering” to achieve the most cost effective long term roofing solution.

Ryan Schlei - Project Manager
Starting in residential construction at a young age, Schlei continued to gain firsthand experience working as a laborer and project foreman with various construction and exterior restoration companies in the Milwaukee area. During his previous employment as an assistant project manager with a national roof consulting firm in the greater Chicago area, he performed quality assurance inspections and evaluations, providing recommendations for repairs and roof replacements, developed a maintenance program, and provided budget estimates. Schlei’s knowledge of the different roofing manufacturers, roofing materials, and methods of roofing construction brings a common sense, “hands-on” approach that provides clients with accurate diagnoses and practical cost saving solutions to their roofing needs.

Mike Engel - Superintendent
After serving three years in the military, Engel began his career in roofing in 1986, learning both flat and steep slope applications. Engel continued his career in roofing, which landed him in a Foreman position only two years after his start. As his career progressed, Engel developed in-depth knowledge of sheet metal applications, roof service and specifications of roof systems. He furthered his education through certifications of CertainTeed, GAF, Firestone, Carlisle, Industry Best and Mulehide roof systems. Maintaining and growing his knowledge in all types of roof systems has allowed him to be versatile to rectify most roof related problems and issues. Engel has gained recognition throughout his career for his attention to detail, motivation to problem solve and a positive attitude. With his combined education and character, he is able to provide positive solutions, accurately bid, and take on new challenges to help clients achieve their goals.

Sharon Vogus - AP/AR Manager
Over her many years of work, Vogus has performed in roles as executive director, administrative coordinator and human resource representative. Each position has exposed Vogus to various industry positions in manufacturing, architecture and aviation. Throughout the years, she has provided management support, served in purchasing and merchandising, and worked with financial management. Vogus contributes a high level of organization, effective decision making and a strong sense of responsibility that supports the goals of our customers and team.
