V & F Roof Consulting & Service was responsible for planning, organizing and managing the securment of bids from roofing contractors for the replacement of the roof system. After selecting a qualified bidder, our Project Manager oversaw the removal of an old ballasted EPDM roof system and installation of a new Sarnafil RhinBond roof system. This process included maintaining specific start and completion dates, along with regular inspections to assess the craftsmanship and quality of work.
