Working against the industry odds, in 2006, V & F Roof Consulting & Service combined the specialization of roof service and consulting into one unified methodology. We identified a significant need for a commercial company that could maintain and service roofs until they are beyond repair, then use the knowledge and experience to help Owners through the next phase of roof replacement. By providing assistance through the development of budgets, specifications, requests for proposals, and project management, rather than self-performing reroofing projects, V & F creates a unique presence.
With a solid philosophy, V & F has grown rapidly, adding professional team members, equipment and technology to support our progress. Winning recognition for maintaining consistent growth and financial stability in a time of hardship, the company continues to set a solid foundation for the future. Part of this foundation included the purchase of a 37,000 square foot commercial building in 2008, a 23 ton crane in 2009 and a sheet metal division in 2010.
As we continue to grow, our mission remains to provide turn-key roof asset management to property and facility managers who control the operation and maintenance of commercial real estate investments.
