Benjamin Barske - President
Ben started his career with V & F Roof Consulting & Service in 2006 and has achieved his skill set as an Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman, and Superintendent. His commitment to a job done right and his strong leadership skills has moved him through the ranks to his current position as President and owner of the company. Ben oversees company objectives, strategic planning, and execution of business initiatives. Ben’s extensive knowledge and widespread experience in roofing enables him to ensure high roofing standards are met by every member of the team. Ben uses his experience in the field installing and servicing roof systems to accurately assess the needs of new and prospective commercial clients and move the company towards continued growth and success. When Ben is not dedicating his time to the company, he enjoys hunting, working out, four wheeling, snowmobiling, and watching his kids play sports.

Patrick Finger - Project Manager
Patrick started V & F Roof Consulting & Service in 2006. After successfully operating and owning the company for 15 years, Patrick has put his succession plan into place and is working his way into retirement. He remains with the company as a Project Manager and Consultant. Prior to 2006 Patrick worked on servicing, repairing, and inspecting roofs for commercial, industrial, and public facilities as a Service Manager for a large commercial roofing contractor. Along with his experience, Patrick maintains a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service, growing the company network, and contributing to the community. He participates as a member and director in area organizations that give back to the Greater Milwaukee area. When time allows, Patrick spends time in the gym, the woods, and traveling with his wife.

Dylan Gandt - Project Manager
Born and raised in Southeast Wisconsin, Dylan grew up surrounded by the construction industry. Working alongside his father at his custom home building company, Dylan was taught every aspect of carpentry, including constructing and repairing building framework and structures, installing windows and finishing work. Along with his carpentry background, Dylan gained experience as a Foreman with an underground pipe rehabilitation company. There he planned, scheduled and executed work on varying projects from Capital Hill in Washington, D.C. to large cities along the east coast. All of this experience has provided Dylan a sharp understanding of project safety, planning, and production making him an important asset to V & F. Dylan’s critical thinking, detail orientation and mechanical aptitude contribute to his success of managing a project from start to finish. His personable nature and positive attitude help him to build and maintain relationships within the company and with clients. In his free time, Dylan enjoys hunting, ice fishing, cooking for his wife and going to Packer games.

Patricia Fast - Office Manager
Along with her 20 years of Office Management and Accounting experience, Patricia brings a background in Human Resource Administration. Combined, these skills contribute to her success in overseeing staff, administering policies and procedures and maintaining proper accounting practices within the organization. Patricia creates a positive working environment for employees and clients, allowing for great communication and productivity. With an her valuable knowledge, Fast is an important asset to the day to day operations. In her spare time, Patricia enjoys chasing around her grandchildren and spending time at her northern woods cabin.

Shelly O'Leary - AP/AR Manager
With a career starting in banking, Shelly gained experience in the financial industry, eventually performing roles in customer service, inside sales and office management. Shelly contributes organizational skills, knowledge of administrative practices, and a high level of detail. These skills, along with her experience, make her a valuable member of the team. Outside of the office, O’Leary spends time with family, helping others in her community and mastering her garden.
